Shipping Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY:

When placing an order in the Club Deportivo Leganés SAD shop, keep the following aspects in mind:

Club Deportivo Leganés SAD is obliged to deliver the goods purchased by the User, to the address indicated by the User for this purpose in the order form.

  • If the shipping address is entered incorrectly (error or omission of any information), Club Deportivo Leganés SAD will NOT under any circumstances assume the costs of reshipping the package, which will be borne by the user.
  • No shipments are made to post office boxes or call centers.

PICKED UP AT THE STORE:

All orders in the online store can be picked up in the physical store at zero cost. The address is:

Orders not collected after 40 days from the "ready for collection" notice will be considered abandoned with no possibility of recovery after this time.

SHIPPING:

In the Club Deportivo Leganés SAD online store, orders can be placed not only from Spain, but also from multiple points abroad.

Therefore, the shipments of said orders will be made within the national territory and also outside of Spain, through the company NACEX and various courier companies for international destinations.

Club Deportivo Leganés SAD reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is carried out, regardless of what is stated on these pages and as long as it does not entail obvious harm to the User.

DEADLINES:

When you place an order you will receive it within an approximate period of:

  • 5-7 business days for mainland destinations
  • 14 calendar days for the rest of destinations
  • WARNING: Custom orders (keychains and cases) will take 10-15 business days to process. 

These deadlines begin to count from the moment payment for the order is made.

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED:

If the customer chooses a shipping formula different from those proposed by Club
Deportivo Leganés SAD, the responsibility of Club Deportivo Leganés SAD, ends at the time of collection of the shipment in our warehouse by the shipping system proposed by the client.

In shipments using the methods proposed by our company, the responsibility for the items lies with Club Deportivo Leganés SAD, until the customer receives the shipment.

IF DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE:

If the courier company cannot make the delivery because it cannot find anyone to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier company itself will provide instructions to the User to agree on a new delivery date.

RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT:

SHIPPING COSTS:

Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, there will be shipping costs that will always be added to the final purchase price.

Orders will be kept in the Store for a period of 90 days from the order placement. After this period it will be considered delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Personalized products do not allow exchanges or returns.

CHANGES:

If you need to make a change you have 30 days from the day you made the purchase.

The shipping costs derived from the first change of the order in national purchases (Peninsula) are assumed by Club Deportivo Leganés SAD.

If there is a need for a second or subsequent change for the same order, the shipping costs will be assumed by the buyer.

Indicating in the subject: Change + order number and detailing in the email the desired change of the product and you will receive a response on how to proceed.

RETURNS:

If you need to make a return, you have a period of 30 days from the date of placing the order.

Shipping costs resulting from the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is recommended to put the order delivery note inside the package and if the delivery note has not been preserved; a piece of paper with the order number, full name, address and reason for the total return or exchange (this helps us improve and grow positively. Constructive criticism and reasons for return can help us a lot). Marking the package with the order number is necessary to identify it and proceed with the return.
